Convert CSV (Comma-separated values) files into a text file in which each field or column is separated from the other with a vertical bar (|).

Converts a spreadsheet from the CSV (Comma-separated values) format to a pipe- or vertical-bar-separated format. A pipe separated file is a file similar to a CSV file, in which the field values are separated by a vertical-bar (|) rather than a comma. This tool is useful when your data may contain commas and the CSV format has no universally-accepted way of representing commas in values and differentiating them from the commas separating the field values themselves.
