Convert CSV (Comma-separated values) to Fixed-Width Table

Convert CSV (Comma-separated values) files into a file where each field in the original file occupies a fixed number of characters in the resulting file.

Converts a spreadsheet from the CSV (Comma-separated values) format to a textual, fixed-width table. In the fixed-width table format, values in the table are separated from one another based on the fact that each field in the table occupies a fixed amount of characters, regardless of the length of the original value. This allows other applications to process fixed-width files quickly, and without having to worry about encoding of special chars that are part of any particular field value.
